A story of a Cambodia’s garment factory switching to digital wage payments

Many garment workers face challenges when they first get their wages through a bank account. There are challenges for employers too as they must ensure that the switch from cash to digital wage payments takes place responsibly, so that it benefits their enterprise and women and men workers. This video shows that, once digital wages have been rolled out for some time, both workers and the employers fully realize what their benefits are. And some employers have already started recommending other enterprises to follow their path.
