Financial knowledge at workers’ fingertips: A chatbot for Cambodia’s garment workers

In this video, garment workers and a factory manager share how a free digital chatbot is helping workers in Cambodia build financial knowledge and confidence. Developed through a collaboration between the ILO’s Better Factories Cambodia, the Global Centre on Digital Wages for Decent Work and partners, the initiative aims to promote responsible digital wage payments and improve workers’ financial health.
