Technological solutions to guaranteed wage payments of construction workers in China

For years, wage arrears plagued rural migrant workers in China’s construction sector. The issue is exacerbated by subcontracting layers. China implemented policies and laws to ensure timely wage payment, using digital technology, such as digital wage payments, to enhance efficiency.
