The ILO and ECOP conduct validation and training of trainers workshop on responsible wage digitization for micro- and small enterprises in the Philippines

The Global Centre on Digital Wages and the Employers Confederation of the Philippines partnered to promote responsible digitization of wage payments in micro- and small enterprises (MSEs) through a two-day workshop in Manila. Twenty trainers from ECOP and affiliated associations, along with government representatives, participated in validating a new training course. The course equips MSEs with tools and strategies for a responsible transition to digital wage payments, emphasizing benefits for both employers and workers.
